Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation of Parcel/Shipment:
    • Customers may cancel their parcel/shipment before it has been dispatched for delivery to our Logistics Partner. To cancel a parcel/shipment, customers must contact our customer service team and provide their booking details.
    • Cancellations will not be accepted once the said parcel/shipment has been handed over for delivery, to our Logistics Partner.
  • Refunds:
    • If a parcel/shipment is cancelled before it has been dispatched for delivery to our Logistics Partner, customers will be eligible for the refund. In such case, a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 will be charged & the balance amount will be refunded.
    • Process of refund will happen within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Refunds for Lost or Damaged Shipments:
    • Customer will NOT be eligible for any refund if the parcel/shipment gets damaged or for any missing goods/items.
    • Also, there can be NO Insurance Claim that can be registered for any damaged parcel or missing goods.
  • Exceptions and Limitations:
    • We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our cancellation policy, or other violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Refunds for entire parcel/shipment being misplaced:
    • Customer will NOT be eligible for any refund, if the entire parcel/shipment is misplaced.
    • However, if the Customer has agreed to pay the Insurance Charges at the time of booking, then the Customer is eligible to register their claim with our Logistics Partner.
    • The claim value can be to the maximum extent of the custom declared value mentioned in the shipping Invoice.
