Yes, if you insist, we will do the same. However, we would be more comfortable to pack the items in a carton at our office, as we would have the right kind of equipment / packing materials etc.,
Yes, we will use polycover for all such items, wherever required. However for some food items like pickle, Gojju etc., which could result in spillage, we take extra precaution by using secondary polycovers with heat-sealing & pack them in our cartons. After packing, we close the cartons & seal the edges with an adhesive tape. Polycovers, cartons & carton adhesive tape are non-chargeable to you.
If we use additional packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap etc., then the same would be charged on a case to case basis.
Yes, you can handover the packed cartons to us with the packing list of items which has been packed. When we go through the packing list & if we find any restricted items, then the same has to be removed & the carton repacked by you. It is important that you take utmost care & adhere to all the packing norms whilst packing & also ensure there are no leakages & no vacant spaces inside the carton.
Each carton should not exceed 30 kgs. As far as the entire consignment is concerned, there are no weight restrictions. Such parcels will go in as one consignment but with multiple boxes for easier handling. However, for operational convenience we split the consignments on a case to case basis.
The longest side of your parcel will be your length & this should not exceed 120 centimetres. The second longest side should not exceed 75 centimetres. Overall, it should not exceed 265 centimetres in Length & Girth. To accurately determine length and girth, use the formula: Length + 2 x Width + 2 x Height (L+2W+2H).
Measure irregularly shaped parcels as if they were in a rectangular box. Measure the length, width and height of the theoretical parcel from its extreme points to determine the parcel’s dimensions.
Even if the parcel gets accepted for delivery, there would be additional surcharges, taxes etc., which would be levied to you.

Yes, sender has to provide a GST Original Invoice for all brass, bronze, copper or any other metal items (except Stainless Steel Kitchen utensils).
Yes, any homemade foods like Snacks, Sweets, Chutney Powder, Spice Powder, Pickles, Gojju etc., can be sent. However there are some restrictions applied for some countries for which you need to check with us for more details.
Electronic items cannot be sent. However, all such electric appliances like mixer, grinder, etc., without any batteries inside the appliance, can be sent.

In case, in any of the parcels, during review by customs/concerned authorities, if there are any prohibited or restricted items / medicines / drugs etc., found in the parcel, then either the restricted items or the entire parcel could get rejected by the authorities at origin and/or at destination. In such case, Sender/Receiver has to undertake the total liability, responsibility & will have to face the legal consequences (if any). Sender/Receiver understands that the penalty charges (if any levied) would be borne by them & the costs incurred for bringing back the parcel will be theirs.
