Gross Weight or Actual Weight means the weight of the box after the packing. Volumetric weight is also called as Dimensional Weight & is based on the actual carton dimensions.

The chargeable weight (in Kgs) would be calculated after the carton packing is completed.

The chargeable weight (in Kgs) would be billed based on whichever weight is higher between the actual weight & volume weight.

Volume weight Calculation = L (in cm) X W (in cm) X H (in cm) / 5000

For example, if the actual weight is 10 kgs and the dimensions of the carton are 50cm X 40cm X 30cm, then the volumetric weight works out to 12 kgs. Then, the chargeable weight would be 12 kgs.

The weight (in Kgs) is rounded off to the next higher decimal of 0.5 kg upto 19 kgs & 1.0 Kg above 19 kgs, for chargeable weight calculation purposes.

Our quoted rate includes the courier tariff, labour cost for packing, basic packing materials (refer packing FAQ) & the GST as applicable.

The rates vary according to weight and promotional rates applicable at a given point in time. Normally, there is a variation in rate every week due to fluctuation in fuel surcharges, etc., The rate calculator which is available on our website gives the rates for the current day. You can contact us for further details.

Normally this scenario won’t arise. However, in any case, if we get any alert from our Logistics Partners for change in weight, then, we will reach out to you mentioning the change in weight & the difference in amount, either payable or receivable.

If the weight reported by the concerned Logistics Partner is in excess of what we have charged to you, then the amount for the difference in weight has to be paid by you.

If the weight reported by the concerned Logistics Partner is lesser than the weight charged to you, we will refund the excess amount to you.

Sender / receiver will have to pay additional costs (if any):

• In case if there are any address Correction Charges.
• In case if there is any Saturday delivery request in USA.
• In case if the subject parcel is being delivered to Out of Delivery Area (ODA) or Extended Area Services, then ODA Charges are liable to be paid.
• In case if there are any duties or any other charges/ penalties levied by the customs or any other authorities. For more details, see Duties/Taxes below.

You can cancel the parcel before we hand over the same to our Logistics Partner for which you will have to check with us. In such case, post the cancellation, you will have to come to our office & collect the returnable items/parcel. You will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 & the balance amount will be refunded.

Once we hand over the parcel to our Logistics Partner, we cannot accept any cancellation of parcel & refund of any amount is not possible.

Process of refund will happen within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
