Initiate a pickup request by clicking on the Pickup Scheduling Form. Fill all the relevant details wherein the scheduling of date & time of pickup has to be clearly mentioned along with other information, viz., Destination, approx. weight, items to ship etc.,

We will align our personnel to facilitate the pickup request. They will coordinate with the local contact over the phone and come to the pickup address on the scheduled date/time and process the order request.

For any parcel weighing 10kgs & above, there would be no pick up charges within Bengaluru Urban City limits. However, if the parcel weighs less than 10 kgs, then for a pickup distance upto 10kms radius from our office @ Malleswaram, the current charges are Rs 350 + GST would be charged. For any distance beyond 10kms radius from our office, we will advise on a case-to case basis. The said charges are subject to revision without further notice.

• Australia shipments copy of doctor’s prescription of Australia doctor is Mandatory.
