International Shipment – Documents / Personal Baggage

Documents to be provided at the time of handing over of Document/ Personal Baggage:

• Sender has to submit:
  
  • A duly attested copy of their Aadhar card as Identity Proof.
  • Sender has to duly sign the respective Packing Declaration Form - Documents / Personal Baggage after filling the required information.
  • Sender can also submit the Packing Declaration Form - Documents / Personal Baggage, online.

International Shipment – Medicines

Documents to be provided at the time of handing over of medicines:

• Sender has to submit:
  
  • A duly attested copy of their Aadhar Card as Identity Proof.
  • Original Prescription to be in the name of Patient/Receiver/Consignee, with the Doctor's registration #, duly stamped & signed.
  • Original Purchase GST Bill to be in the name of Patient/ Receiver/ Consignee, with batch & expiry clearly mentioned.
  • Passport & VISA copy of Patient/Receiver/Consignee.
  • Sender has to duly sign the respective Packing Declaration Form - Medicines, after filling the required information.
  • Sender can also submit the Packing Declaration Form - Medicines, online.
  • Australia shipments copy of doctor’s prescription of Australia doctor is Mandatory.
