Are there any extra charges to be paid to obtain Insurance?

1% of the custom declared value mentioned in the shipping Invoice has to be paid.

Is it a compulsion to obtain Insurance?

No, it is not mandatory. Anyone who wishes to avail Insurance can pay 1% of the custom declared value & avail Insurance.

While dispatching of goods if the parcel gets damaged or if there are any missing goods, who will be responsible?

The Parcel will be properly packed. We are not responsible for the damage, missing goods or missing parcel in transit.

Can we claim Insurance if parcel gets damaged or if there are any missing goods?

Sender/Receiver has to understand that there can be no Insurance Claim registered for any damaged parcel or missing goods.

Can we file Insurance claim if the entire goods get misplaced?

If in case the entire parcel gets MISPLACED & the Sender/Receiver wants to file any Insurance Claims, then they will have to register their Insurance claim with the concerned Logistics Partner. This is possible if the Customer has agreed to pay the Insurance Charges at the time of booking. The claim value can be the maximum extent of the custom declared value mentioned in the shipping Invoice.
