The following terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.linxarlogixics.com (“Linxar Logixics website”), including all sections and services available on the Linxar Logixics website. The viewing or use of this site will constitute your agreement, on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent (hereinafter collectively "you" or "your"), to all of the terms and conditions provided below.

Linxar Logixics may make future changes or modifications to such terms and conditions at any time without notice, and any subsequent viewing or use of the Linxar Logixics website will constitute the user’s agreement to the changes and modifications. There may be additional terms and conditions provided throughout the Linxar Logixics website governing your use of particular functions, features, information and applications available through the Linxar Logixics website.

• Services Provided:
  Linxar Logixics, brand owned by Sai Amruth Associates offers international courier services for the transportation of packages and documents between countries. Our services include but are not limited to pickup, packaging, shipping, tracking and delivery.
• Customer Responsibilities:
  
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the sender, recipient, package contents, and other relevant details.
  • Customers must ensure that shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions of the origin and destination countries.
  • Customers are responsible for packaging their items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Customers are solely responsible for the dimensions and weight specified is to be correct.
  • If there are any variations to the weight and/or dimensions, the customer could be charged for the extra weight and additional processing charges occurring due to change in dimensions/weight declared and also the shipments could be stopped due to discrepancy in dimensions specified.
  • Customer also agrees not to ship any prohibited items listed in Linxar Logixics website (subject to changes from time to time) and is solely responsible for the consequences arising out of it, if sent.
• Booking & Payment:
  
  • Customers can book our services by logging in to our URL www.linxarlogixics.com through our website, mobile, or by contacting us.
  • Customer has to submit a duly attested copy of Sender’s Aadhar Card as Identity Proof for shipment purpose. Please refer to our Check List of Documents for Document/ Personal Baggage shipment.
  • Medicines: Customer has to submit a duly attested copy of Sender’s Aadhar Card as Identity Proof along with Original Prescription with the Doctor's registration # seal & sign, Original Purchase GST Bill in the name of Consignee/ receiver & Consignee Passport & VISA copy for shipment purpose. Australia shipments copy of doctor’s prescription of Australia doctor is Mandatory. Please refer to our Check List of Documents for Medicines shipment.
  • Medicines: Quantity of medicines being shipped should not exceed a consumption validity of 90 days.
  • Payment for services is required upfront and can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
  • Prices are based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and any additional services requested.
  • The shipment is being sent for personal purpose only. There is no commercial value & the value declared is for customs purpose only.
  • The weight (in Kgs) would be rounded off to the next higher decimal of 0.5 kg upto 19 kgs & 1.0 Kg above 19 kgs, for chargeable weight calculation purposes.
  • The chargeable weight (in Kgs) would be calculated after the carton packing is completed.
  • The chargeable weight (in Kgs) would be billed based on whichever weight is higher between the actual weight & volume weight (Volume weight Calculation = L (in cms) X W (in cms) X H (in cms) / 5000).
  • Sender has to provide a GST Original Invoice for all brass, bronze, copper or any other metal items (except Stainless Steel Kitchen utensils).
• Delivery Times:
  
  • Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and transportation delays may impact delivery schedules.
  • Sai Amruth Associates is not liable for any delays in delivery.
• Tracking & Notification:
  
  • Sai Amruth Associates through its logistics partners shall provide web based (online) tracking solutions for all shipments.
  • Customers can track the status of their shipments online using the provided tracking number.
  • Sai Amruth Associates will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays or issues with their shipments.
• Liability:
  
  • Sai Amruth Associates is not liable for any loss, damage, missing goods or delay of shipments. Those circumstances will also include: An act of God (for example-earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood etc.,), Force Majeure (for example war, plane crash, embargo, etc.,).
  • Sai Amruth Associates is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities or unforeseen events.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for valuable shipments.
  • If in case the customer has registered & paid for Insurance, then in case the entire goods get MISPLACED & the Sender/Receiver wants to file any Insurance Claims, then they will have to register their Insurance claim with the concerned Logistics Partner. The claim value should match to the custom declared value mentioned in the shipping Invoice.
  • Sender/Receiver has to understand that there can be no Insurance Claim registered for any damaged/ partial shipment.
  • Customer is responsible for customs/ duties/ charges/ any taxes/ penalties and will not hold Sai Amruth Associates against any of the associated charges and/or delayed shipments arising due to customs clearance or whatsoever.
  • RTO (return to origin) shipment charges and also possible additional custom charges for return will be borne only by the Customer provided it is proved that there is no negligence by Sai Amruth Associates.

• Prohibited / Restricted Items:
  
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding prohibited or restricted items.
  • Sai Amruth Associates reserves the right to refuse to transport any shipment that violates these restrictions.
  • In case, in any of the shipments, during review by customs/concerned authorities, if there are any prohibited or restricted items/medicines/drugs found, then the same could get rejected by the authorities at origin and/or at destination. In such case, Sender/Receiver has to undertake total liability & responsibility. Sender/Receiver understands that the penalty charges (if any levied) would be borne by them & the costs incurred for bringing back the shipment will be theirs.

• Changes to Terms & Conditions:
  
  • Sai Amruth Associates reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • It is the responsibility of customers to review the terms periodically for any changes.

• Indemnity:
  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sai Amruth Associates and its affiliate firms/ companies and their respective officers, Partners/Directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of your activities conducted in connection with the Linxar Logixics website.
• Links to other web sites:
  There are links on the Linxar Logixics website that allows you to visit the sites of third parties. Neither these sites nor the companies to whom they belong are controlled by Sai Amruth Associates. Sai Amruth Associates/ Linxar Logixics makes no representations concerning the information provided or made available on such sites nor the quality or acceptability of the products or services offered by any persons or entities referenced in any such sites.
  Sai Amruth Associates/ Linxar Logixics have not tested and make no representations regarding the correctness, performance or quality of any software found at any such sites. You should research and assess the risks which may be involved in accessing and using any software on the Internet before using it.

  • Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
